    QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

     

     


    1.  Was the applicant subjected to ill-treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention in the prison hospital in December 2011?

     


    2.  Have the competent domestic authorities conducted an adequate investigation into the applicants allegations of ill-treatment as required by the procedural obligation under Article 3 of the Convention (see Labita v. Italy [GC], no. 26772/95, § 131, ECHR 2000-IV)?

     


    3.  Having due regard to the circumstances surrounding the applicants alleged ill-treatment in the prison hospital, has there been any hindrance by the State with the effective exercise of the applicants right of the application, ensured by Article 34 of the Convention?
