THE COURT (Second Chamber),
after hearing the Opinion of the Advocate General at the sitting on 9 September 2004,
gives the following
- the requirements which the -�parany-� must satisfy, inter alia the distance between the limed twigs and the properties of the birdlime to be used; - the species of bird whose capture is permitted: song-thrush (Turdus philomelos), fieldfare (Turdus pilaris), redwing (Turdus iliacus) and mistle-thrush (Turdus viscivorus); - the hunting season and the hours of the day when hunting is permitted; - the maximum number which may be captured per device.
