APPLICATION for taxation of the costs to be recovered under Article 74 of the Rules of Procedure, brought on 2 March 2007,
Masterfoods Ltd, established in Dublin, Ireland, represented by M. Levitt, Solicitor,

Unilever Bestfoods (Ireland) Ltd (formerly Van den Bergh Foods Ltd), established in Dublin, Ireland, represented by M. Nicholson and M. Rowe, Solicitors, and B.W. Biesheuvel and M. De Grave, advocaten, with an address for service in Luxembourg,

THE PRESIDENT OF THE COURT,
after hearing the Advocate General, J. Kokott,
makes the following
Order
  1. By letter lodged at the Court Registry on 13 September 2007, Masterfoods Ltd informed the Court that it was withdrawing its application for taxation of costs, since Unilever Bestfoods (Ireland) Ltd had reimbursed the requested costs to be recovered.

  2. It is appropriate, therefore, to remove that application from the Register of the Court.

    3. On those grounds, the President of the Court hereby orders:

    Case C-552/03 P-DEP is removed from the Register of the Court.
