Re:

Application for the annulment of the EACEA’s decisions of 21 December 2017 (reference OF/2016/0720 EACEA UKOLD) and of 7 February 2018 (reference OF/2016/0720 EACEA UKOLD) seeking the recovery of certain sums paid to the applicant under agreements concluded for the implementation of three projects in the field of higher education.

Operative part

1.

The action is dismissed as inadmissible in so far as it relates to the European Commission.

2.

Universität Koblenz-Landau shall bear its own costs and pay those incurred by the European Commission in the present proceedings.
