1. LORD JUSTICE POTTER:For reasons which we shall put in writing and deliver later without the necessity for the parties to attend, this appeal will be allowed to the extent of an order that the trial date stand with a direction that copies of the videos be viewed by the claimant and her medical experts prior to trial, with leave to the defendant to cross-examine upon the content of the videos, upon the basis of footage selected by the defendant totalling not more than 20 minutes' running time, such footage not to include any footage of the claimant within her own home and to be identified and communicated to the claimant's solicitors by 1pm on 19th January 2001.
2. I should have commenced my judgment by indicating that permission to appeal in this case is granted and the appeal allowed to the extent that I have already mentioned.
3. Appellant ordered to pay defendant's costs in the sum of £2793.
