  1. LORD JUSTICE LATHAM: This is, on its face, an application to set aside the order of Mr Justice Rougier made on 7th March 2001. Mr Justice Rougier on that day refused the applicant permission to appeal against orders of Master Trench of 4th October 2000. There is no appeal against a refusal of permission to appeal. Accordingly, I have no jurisdiction to deal with the application that appears before me this afternoon.
