Lord Justice Brooke :
On 19th December 2003 I gave a single judgment in relation to applications made by nine Nepalese asylum-seekers who were seeking permission to appeal against the refusal of their applications for judicial review of the refusal of the Immigration Appeal Tribunal to permit them to appeal against decisions of Adjudicators who had not believed material aspects of their stories. I dismissed all their applications and said that they all represented an abuse of the process of the Court of Appeal.
