(i) The fact the offence was evidently premeditated and involved a degree of planning.(ii) The offender sought out and targeted her victims. They had left the area where she lived, yet she managed to identify their new address and she travelled there with the express purpose of committing a grave offence.
(iii) The offence was motivated by revenge and took place against the backdrop of a long and vitriolic dispute with her neighbours.
(iv) The offence was committed in breach of her conditions of bail.
(v) She was aware that at least two people were present in the house.
(vi) The offender was aware that the other houses on the terrace were occupied. Many lives were put at risk.
(vii) The offence was committed at night.
(viii) The intended victim of the offence was a 68-year-old man who was also attacked with petrol.
