MR JUSTICE HOLGATE:
Grounds of Appeal
Ms Cojocaru
(1) the agreed basis of plea (ground 1)
(2) that Ms Cojocaru was herself a victim of trafficking (ground 2)
(3) the impact of immediate custody on her two very young children, especially given that both parents were before the court (ground 3).
Mr Dunn
(1) failed to give sufficient weight to the agreed basis of plea (ground 1)
(2) erred by failing to indicate at any stage that the court was considering passing consecutive sentences (ground 4).
