  1. MR JUSTICE COLLINS: This is an application by the General Medical Council to extend for a year an order imposing interim conditions on the defendant Doctor's registration as a medical practitioner.

  2. The Doctor has consented to the extension and I am satisfied that, in these circumstances, it is appropriate that the order should be made. It would otherwise expire on 5th August and the extension is until 5th August of next year.
