  1. MRS JUSTICE COX: Given that agreement has been reached, I will just say briefly that in this case the Council apply for a six month extension of the interim suspension order imposed on the respondent's registration by the Investigating Committee. On 27 July 2009 an interim conditions of practice order was made for 18 months. It was then reviewed and continued on three occasions and at the last review on 28 October 2010 the committee replaced the interim conditions of practice order with the interim suspension order currently due to expire on 26 January next.
  2. The application for a six month extension made today is a matter of agreement between the parties, a consent order having been submitted and in all the circumstances I shall order the extension sought.
