Introduction
"Should the RP be extradited, there would be some financial hardship and emotional distress to the RP's partner and their son but they would remain together. This is not a sole carer case. The RP's son would remain in the care of his mother, as he does now. I accept that there would be emotional distress to the RP's partner and son should he be extradited but on the evidence before me, they would cope."
