The proposed transaction whereby Molex, LLC, which is indirectly controlled by Koch Industries, Inc., would acquire sole control of Pantheon TopCo, Inc and as such the entire shareholding in Phillips-Medisize Corporation, has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
