DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale also provides finance to Irish-based borrowers. The Deka Group owns the following property assets in the State: Mahon Point Shopping Centre, Co. Cork; Whitewater Shopping Centre, Co. Kildare; the Clayton Hotel, Upper Leeson Street, Dublin 4; and the Maldron Hotel, Smithfield Square, Dublin 7.

A long leasehold in the property at which The Gibson Hotel is currently trading at Point Square, Dublin 1.

The Gibson Hotel is controlled by Stephen Tennant and Paul McCann, acting in their capacity as joint receivers for Harry A. Crosbie, the current owner of the hotel.
