The proposed acquisition by WestInvest Gesellschaft fur Investmentfonds mbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, of sole control over certain assets, namely a long leasehold in the property at which The Gibson Hotel is currently trading at Point Square, Dublin 1, has been cleared by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
