Summary:The Investigator annulled the Department's decision to refuse access to the proposed nightly rate per person under section 30(1)(c) of the FOI Act. She found that while section 30(1)(c) applied, the public interest, on balance, favoured the release of the information sought. She also found that section 36(1)(b) did not apply.
