The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (No. 26 of 1962) hereby orders as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (Commencement) Order, 1970. |
||
|
2. Section 10 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1970. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings into operation on the 1st day of July, 1970, Section 10 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (No. 26 of 1962), which provides for control of pollution of the atmosphere. |
