Jersey Steel Co. Ltd. v Regal Constr. Co. Ltd. 1971 J.J. 1965 (30 December 1971)


Civil Procedure-set-off and counterclaim-counterclaim-counterclaim may be set up under Royal Court Rules 1968, r.6/9 even though in respect of different contract from original claim-if original claim not disputed, court may give judgment but order stay of execution on terms to safeguard plaintiff pending trial of disputed counterclaim
