Road Traffic-negligence-duty to pedestrians-driver not entitled merely to assume that pedestrian will not cross road completely-if clear possibility that pedestrian will cross, e.g. pedestrian part way across and gap in oncoming traffic, duty of driver to stop and not merely reduce speed
