Att. Gen. v Harris 2004 JLR 399 (02 November 2004)

Criminal Law-drugs-proceeds of trafficking-confiscation order-offender's income and expenditure in period prior to conviction for trafficking assumed, under Drug Trafficking Offences (Jersey) Law 1988, art. 4(3), to be proceeds of drug trafficking and liable to confiscation-offender may disprove assumptions-double counting of income and expenditure to be avoided
