In re desastre of Roach v 2005 JLR 412 (25 October 2005)

Bankruptcy-desastre-property available for distribution-debtor exceptionally declared en desastre even if no immediately realizable property-property defined widely in Bankruptcy (Desastre) (Jersey) Law 1990, including future interests, and under art. 9, Viscount may realize assets acquired after declaration-likely future income is "realisable asset" under Bankruptcy (Desastre) (Jersey) Rules 1991, r.2
