Employment-termination-unfair dismissal-test-under Employment (Jersey) Law 2003, art. 64(4), fairness of dismissal depends on whether employer acted objectively reasonably or unreasonably in treating reason for dismissal as sufficient-reasonable if reasonable employer would have made decision to dismiss, even if another would not (i.e. within band of reasonable responses)-tribunal to consider equity and substantial merits of case and not substitute own view
