FG Hemisphere v D.R. Congo 2010 JLR 484 (04 October 2010)


Civil Procedure-judgments and orders-publication of judgment-issue of draft judgment is start of delivery of judgment, after which judge has discretion to withhold publication or deliver formally-relevant considerations: purpose of supplying draft judgments (i.e. primarily to enable advocates to decide what consequential orders to seek); whether decision on legal points of general interest; parties' wishes; saving of time and expense from settlement; and whether party trying to suppress publication of adverse judgment-discretion to withhold publication of judgment not to be exercised lightly
