Limitation of Actions-running of time-suspension of limitation period-doctrine of empĂȘchement d'agir suspends limitation period while practically impossible for plaintiff to commence legal proceedings-trust company cannot bring action against former trustees for breach of trust if incorporated after end of three-year prescription period-cannot claim empĂȘchement d'agir in respect of period before incorporation-nor does empĂȘchement accrue to "office of trustee"
