Arbitration-appeals-appeal to Court of Appeal-no appeal against decision of Royal Court on appeal unless (a) Royal Court or Court of Appeal grants leave; and (b) question of law of general public importance or for some other special reason should be considered by Court of Appeal (Arbitration (Jersey) Law 1998, art. 21(7))-interpretation of exclusion provision in arbitration agreement is question of law-not of general public importance-leave to appeal granted as novel matter of consequence to parties
