    DECISION
    The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that the claimant was not discriminated against by the respondent on grounds of his religion or disability. Both claims are dismissed.

    For reasons given orally to the parties at the hearing under Rule 26(3) of the Fair Employment Tribunal (Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 the Tribunal dismissed both claims.
