1. The claimant’s claims of unlawful discrimination on the grounds of race and racial harassment are dismissed. Although a Fair Employment case, the matter proceeded as a race discrimination case, and the legal issues were confined to the Race Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1977, as amended. For the avoidance of doubt, we also dismiss any claims under the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 arising out of the facts adduced in evidence before us.
2. Oral reasons were given at the hearing.
