    There was no appearance by or on behalf of either party.

    SUMMARY REASONS

  1. Neither the applicant nor any of the respondents appeared. The tribunal considered that it would be appropriate to deal with the matter in the absence of the parties on consideration of the applicant's Originating Application and the other correspondence and documents.

  2. The applicant's Originating Application contained no details of the pay alleged to be due nor the identity of the respondent from whom it was due. The application itself indicated that the applicant worked for a different period for two of the respondents. Nor were there any details of the holiday period in respect of which holiday pay was alleged to be due nor the identity of the respondent from whom it was due. In the circumstances the tribunal considered the applicant had failed to meet the necessary level of proof of his case. Accordingly the application falls to be dismissed.
