REVIEW DECISION AT THE TRIBUNAL'S OWN MOTION
A decision was made on the 4th March 2003 by a chairman sitting alone to stay proceedings in this case. Being satisfied that this decision was wrongly made as a result of an error on the part of the tribunal staff, and with the parties being notified and not objecting, the tribunal revokes that decision and the case will proceed to hearing.
