1. Miss Lunney made an application to come off record. They had been unable to make contact with the applicant, 6 letters had been sent without response. The applicant had not attended today. Mr Ham said he had no objection. The tribunal granted Miss Lunney's application.
2. Mr Ham made application for the case to be dismissed, from the statement of Miss Lunney it was apparent that the applicant was not likely to attend.

The tribunal determined that the application should be dismissed.
