  3. Claims in respect of alleged breach of contract and unlawful deductions from wages by the claimants, Jackie McNeill, Christine McCrea and Pamela Walker, are dismissed, having been withdrawn by their solicitor in open tribunal, without objection by the respondents.
  4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunal (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
