  1. The decision of the tribunal on a review of the decision issued by letter dated 21 September 2006 not to accept the respondent's response in part is as follows:-

    2. The said decision of 21 September 2006 is not revoked because the respondent has not shown that it is in the interests of justice to do so. They have not shown that there is a valid defence to this part of the claimant's claim and accordingly the decision to part-reject the respondent's response is confirmed.
