    DECISION

    The unanimous decision of the Tribunal is that as follows:-

    (A) The claimant's claims are dismissed following their withdrawal in open Tribunal.
    (B) The respondent's application for an order for payment of £2,000 costs was not granted by the Tribunal.

  1. The claimant was not present. However, Mr Moylan made it clear to the Tribunal that he had unequivocal instructions to withdraw the claims.
