    DECISION

    1. (i) The tribunal finds that the claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent company.

    It orders that the respondent company do pay to the claimant the sum of £500.00 compensation.
         
      (ii) The tribunal is satisfied that the respondent company failed to provide the claimant with a written statement giving particulars of the reasons for her dismissal, and makes an award that the respondent company pay to the claimant the sum of £500.00.
         
      (iii) The claimant's claim in respect of sex discrimination on the ground of pregnancy is dismissed.

  1. Oral reasons for the decision were given at the hearing in accordance with Rule 30(2) of the Industrial Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
  2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
