DECISION

The decision of the tribunal is that the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £2295.11.

The respondent did not enter a response and did not appear.

1. The claimant commenced employment on 1 June 2006 and was dismissed as redundant by the respondent on 23 October 2008. She was born on 28 May 1984. Her wages were £273.08 gross and £231 net per week. Her contractual notice entitlement was one month. She was paid monthly.
2. The respondent has not paid the claimant the money to which she was entitled on her dismissal.
3. The tribunal computes the amounts to which the claimant is entitled as follows:-

Redundancy Pay 2 weeks x £273.08 £546.16

Notice Pay one month at £1000.00 £1000.00

Holiday Pay one day at £55.95 £55.95

October Pay 3 weeks x £231.00 £693.00

Total £2,295.11
