DECISION ON THE APPEAL AGAINST THE ASSESSMENT TO THE LEVY MADE BY THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TRAINING BOARD
The decision of the tribunal, by consent, is that the appeal of the appellant against the assessment of the levy made by the Construction Industry Training Board on 24 February 2009 is allowed by the tribunal; and the said assessment is rescinded.
