DECISION
The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims of race and sex discrimination and of harassment on the grounds of race and sex, are dismissed.
The claims are out of time, and it is not just and equitable to extend the time for presenting them.

2. The claimant’s claims of race and sex discrimination and of harassment on the grounds of race and sex, are dismissed. The claims are out of time, and it is not just and equitable to extend the time for presenting them. The tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear them.
3. Oral reasons for the decision were given at the hearing.
