The facts

1.       The claims of the various claimants had been consolidated and matters listed today for full hearing.  The claimants make a range of claims, including unfair dismissal, breach of contract and redundancy pay.  None of the claimants have attended here today.  The tribunal is satisfied that they were properly notified of today’s hearing.  The tribunal decided it is appropriate to consider the matter on papers contained on the files and to dispose of the proceedings today.  Having considered the papers the tribunal dismisses the claims of the claimants.  The tribunal is unable to identify the correct respondents and the correct employers of any of the claimants.  All claims are dismissed.
