DECISION ON REMEDY
There having been a default judgement in this case on the 12 April 2010 and after the hearing in relation to remedy only the tribunal orders the respondent to pay the claimant the following amounts proven outstanding, namely:-
(1) £1161.90 Notice Pay
(2) £1375.20 Redundancy Pay
(3) £ 242.20 Holiday Pay
(4) £ 664.55 Unlawful deductions – in relation to outstanding wages
