The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to unpaid wages of £205.21.

1.               The claimant made a claim for unlawful deduction from wages.  It is the decision of the tribunal that the claimant is entitled to unpaid wages in the sum of £205.21.  The tribunal’s reasons were given orally at the hearing.

 

2.               This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
