DECISION

The unanimous decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim of unfair (constructive) dismissal be dismissed.  It is ordered that the claimant pay to the respondent the sum of £100.00 in respect of costs incurred by the latter.

2.         The claimant is ordered to pay to the respondent company the sum of £100.00 in respect of costs incurred by the latter.  The tribunal is satisfied that the bringing of the proceedings by the claimant is misconceived.
