DECISION
The decision of the tribunal (Chairman sitting alone) is that the claimant is awarded the sum of £2,020.00.

The respondent company did not appear and was not represented.
1. The title of the respondent was amended to that now shown. Adrian Gamble was dismissed as a party to the proceedings as the claimant’s employer was AGG (NI) Ltd. The claimant was employed by the respondent as an ENC operator from 8 January 2007 until 23 August 2011, the effective date of termination (“the EDT”). At the EDT the claimant was aged 36 years and had 4 full years’ service. His gross weekly pay was £280.00 and net weekly pay was £225.00.
2. For the reasons given fully at the hearing I am satisfied that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,120.00 and £900.00 notice pay, making a total award of £2,020.00.
3. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
