1. The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was not presented within the prescribed time limits in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable to present it on time. As a consequence the tribunal has no jurisdiction to consider the complaint and it is hereby dismissed.
