DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the first respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant a redundancy payment of £1,580.00; notice pay of £1,093.80 and holiday pay of £355.50.

1. I am satisfied that the first respondent is the claimant’s employer. I therefore dismiss proceedings against the second respondent.
2. The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1,580.00; notice pay of £1,093.80 and holiday pay of £355.50 (gross). The first respondent is ordered to make those payments to the claimant.
3. Reasons for my decision were given at the hearing.
4. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
