DECISION (REMEDIES)

 

(A)      It is ordered that the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £272 in respect of holiday pay.

 

(B)      It is ordered that the respondents shall pay to the claimant the sum of £2,152 in respect of notice pay.

 

(C)     It is declared that the respondents are liable to make a redundancy payment of £3,570 to the claimant.

REASONS

 

1.       I announced my decision at the end of the hearing.  At the same time I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.

 

2.       This was a remedies decision in respect of a default judgment which was issued on 3 August 2012.

 

3.       This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) Order (Northern Ireland) 1990.
