DECISION

The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claims in respect of unfair dismissal and breach of contract are dismissed.

                              Mrs M Ferguson

The respondent company was represented by Mr P Ryan, its managing director.

1.       The claimant did not appear.  We are satisfied that he was given notice of these proceedings.

2.       We dismiss the claimant’s claims.  They have been brought outside the statutory time-limits, and there is no evidence before us which would enable us to give consideration to exercising out discretion to extend time.
