DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant was dismissed by the respondent by reason of redundancy and the claimant is therefore entitled to be paid by the respondent a redundancy payment of £996.93 (9 x £110.77) by reason of the said redundancy.
The claimant’s claims of breach of contract and/or unauthorised deduction from wages and/or written reason for dismissal and/or right to receive particulars of contract are dismissed, having been orally withdrawn by the claimant’s representative at the hearing of this matter by the tribunal.

1. The tribunal gave its reasons orally for the said decision at the time of issuing the decision, pursuant to Rule 30(2) of the Industrial Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2005.
2. This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunals (Interest) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.
