1. The respondent applied for a review of the tribunal’s decision of 29 February 2012 on the basis that it did not receive notification of hearing. The notice was sent in error by the Tribunal Office to a previous address. The tribunal accepted that this was the case and decided to grant the review on the basis of Rule 34(3)(a) of the IT Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005.
2. The decision of 29 February 2012 is revoked.
