(A) The claimant’s claim for holiday pay has not been brought within the relevant statutory time-limit and accordingly it is dismissed.

(B) The claimant’s claim for notice pay has not been brought within the relevant statutory time-limit and accordingly it is dismissed.

(C) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £ 3,785 to the claimant.

REASONS

I announced my decision at the end of the hearing. At the same time, I gave brief oral reasons for that decision.

I was satisfied that the claimant’s employer, at all relevant times, was

Hillcrest Joinery Ltd and the title of these proceedings has been altered

accordingly.

This is a relevant decision for the purposes of the Industrial Tribunal (Interest) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990.
