DECISION
The decision of the tribunal is that the claimant’s claim for a redundancy payment by reason of being laid off, pursuant to Articles 182 – 189 of the Employers Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 is dismissed; the claimant having failed to give the required notice for terminating his contract of employment in accordance with Article 185 of the said Order.
