    DECISION

     

    The decision of the tribunal is that it does not have jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s claims relating to the alleged failure of the respondent to provide itemised pay statements and written particulars of employment, by virtue of Article 43(4) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996.  The claims are therefore dismissed.
